Why am I writing this? Being a 1st generation Maharashtrian Entrepreneur, I made a blunder (like many others) of jumping into business without a family business background, right knowledge, guidance and a mentor or a coach. I failed abruptly losing 5 crucial years of my life, a lot of money and most importantly: my ‘confidence’. But thanks to the ‘Bounce Back’ attitude and some dots which were in pending status to be connected. I started again, this time with the right plan and action. I nailed it. I identified an exact problem, build solutions, pivoted the model, build the efficient team, made profits and took my business to the high levels. In my current venture, I inspire people to choose ‘entrepreneurship’ as a career, help early-stage startup founders, aspiring and budding entrepreneurs through training, coaching, mentoring, funding, and connecting them with the right people at the right time.
